The Challenger GS 1x20 Night Vision Scope and Head Mount kit is a Gen.1+ CF-Super tube based unit that has a state-of-the-art design and improved performance characteristics.
At the core of the Challenger GS 1x20 is the unique combination of specially designed R-Contact optics and the CFSuper Image Intensifier Tube, created specifically for each other such that they will not work with any other system. The result of this exclusive technological development is the highest edge-to-edge resolution performance ever seen in a budget consumer NV product.
The device is outfitted with a new five-lens eyepiece that minimizes distortion on the edges of the field of view and increases sharpness and contrast of the image.
The soft rubber eyecup conceals the light emission from the tube thus permitting a user to stay unnoticed and is suitable for either left or right eye.
The Challenger has an IP65 degree of protection (IEC 60529), i.e. this device is protected against water and dust which expands the range of its usage.
The device is equipped with an IR illuminator necessary for normal observation in moonless cloudy conditions in total darkness. The Challenger is equipped with two 1/4'' sockets which allow it to be fixed on the head mount. The device is fully self-contained and can work up to 72 hours on a single battery CR123A at temperatures varying from -20 ºC to + 40 ºC.
The Challenger is ideal for professional and amateur use, including:
- Night observation in natural environment
- Search and rescue
- Night orienteering
- Repair and maintenance of equipment
The NV Compact Head Mount allows hands-free operation of the night vision device and ensures its stable positioning even while in fast motion (pacing, running, abrupt movements).
All adjustments of the head mount, such as 90 degrees raise of the unit, set the NV device's position in the "forward-backward" directions relative to the eyes are made by one hand.

The high power Pulsar L-808S Laser IR Flashlight is designed to provide additional infrared (IR) illumination during observation with night vision devices in very low light conditions; no moon, heavy cloud, even in complete darkness!
The IR Flashlight allows you to:
- Increase detection range
- Identify objects more accurately
- Get a more detailed image of the observed object
- Adjust beam from spot to flood
- Smoothly adjust power depending on viewing conditions.
The design of Pulsar IR Flashlights allows spot position to be corrected in the field of view horizontally and vertically. To do this, loosen the ring fixing the optical assembly, adjust the IR spot in the center of the field of view (the NV unit should be on) and tighten the ring again.
The Pulsar IR Flashlight's spot can be smoothly adjusted from narrow beam to flood. Unfocused beam illuminates a larger area, while the narrow beam light ensures the furthest possible viewing distance.
Power is adjusted by rotating the wheel on the body next to the ON button. Adjustment of both power and spot divergence angle helps achieve best illumination of an object in specific observation conditions.
