Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus payment gateway fees and initial "free shipping" costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of you receiving an incorrect or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank or PayPal to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button or just give us a call / message. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and these cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider will choose (mostly Auspost eParcel), shipping date estimates will appear on the tracking email you will be sent.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, however many are Free Shipping at our discretion.

From payment of order to fulfillment completion, we take 1 business day, thereafter or general freight time is 4 - 10 business days, express postage even quicker - all subject to your location / country.

Refund & Return Policy

To be eligible for Refund & Return consumers must meet the listed requirements below.

Consumers must notify SkippersMate.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product 

  • Invoice Number for proof of purchase must be provided
  • The unused and undamaged item plus the full product package must be returned in its original state
  • The product must be in a brand new re-sale-able condition 
  • Payment gateway, Shipping and "Free Shipping" calculated charges are non-refundable 

SkippersMate.com.au does not accept Refund, Returns & Credit based on unsuitable fit for purpose goods. Please select your goods carefully or ask for our advice in writing before purchasing. 

SkippersMate.com.au does not refund if consumers simply change their mind about a product. (this includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has brought a gift that is unsuitable, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods).
